  • Foundations of Physical AI and Embodied Intelligence: Defining the principles that govern AI systems operating in the physical world.
  • From Digital AI to Physical Laws: Understanding the challenges and requirements for robots to successfully interact with gravity, friction, and spatial constraints.
  • Overview of Humanoid Robotics Landscape: Surveying current commercial and research efforts in humanoid and bipedal robotics.
  • Sensor Systems: An introduction to the primary sensor modalities that feed data to the robot's AI brain:
    • LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging)
    • Cameras (RGB and Depth)
    • IMUs (Inertial Measurement Units)
    • Force/Torque Sensors (for manipulation and balance)
